I am the man you can bring home to mummy. I am the boy your parents warned you about. I love loving and being loved (esp. [Unknown site tag]). I loathe closeminded folks, but tolerate ignorance in the short term. Tolerance is so over--I demand celebration! I am passionate about people and about life. I endeavour to learn and to share. I think mentorship is sorely under-utilized in the age of "self direction." I am a great kisser and an awesome lay. I am slowly losing the ability to sing in-key.
3- Complete the following:
I cannot live without Canada because Canada made me.
My life would be better without career aspirations because I could just get on with what needs to be done, rather than what's expected of me.
4- Suggest one book you think I really should read; tell me a bit about it and why you love it.
No fair--one book? Hmmm, ok...Unless by Carol Shields. It's about life, loss, grief, meaning and walking through the awful spaces on your own terms. I wept through much of it.
5- What does lj mean to you? Why do you post in your live journal?
LJ allows me to peer into and across others' lives. I'm constantly amused, perplexed and informed by the range of contributions. I post here because I'm always willing to work at expressing myself better in writing--and I learn quite a bit in this regard from how others write.
6- Tell me about me. What I mean is, how do you see me? My beloved friend snowmerlin once asked for quotes about her for her bio section and today I rememebered about it and am curious about what you guys think of me... mind you, I am ALWAYS curious about what people think of me! I'm babbling! *giggle* Just indulge me and tell me about me, damnit!
