If there really is no hell, and the only difference in the afterlife is feeling the presence of Gawd, why bother? I mean, everyone I love will still be at the big BBQ in the sky, just some of us won’t have that stoopid “I know Jesus knows my name” eejit grin on our faces? If Bootsy and Puddy and Pop and Aunt Ethna will be there, who cares?
