Creating Change

I've noticed that a fair number of LJers are involved in their local communities. I'd describe them as activists (mattblakk,trapezebear and 2fruition use the a word pretty regularly). I certainly consider myself an activist.

So I ask all to whom this might be relevant:

1. Tell us why/how you became an activist?

2. How do you measure success?

3. What have you achieved through your activism?

4. Tell us something you get personally out of activism

5. Tell us something you don't like about activism
