jawnbc: (ew!)
My Mr mister outdid himself yesterday: I came home to find lovely things on the walls, 2 CD racks installed, and a sex man with power tools. Noice.

Today theme is to pace myself better: I need to remember that while I may like working in short bursts of productivity, it's also very tiring. Over the next month I have too much to get done, with too little wiggle room. Slow and steady isn't an option, but productive and purposeful is. But I am sure am feeling the loss of a proper weekend today. :(

Just so people think I'm somewhat normal. the Junior Eurovision was on this weekend and I didn't follow it. At. All. Because I equate "child performers" with slavery. And the whole notion that kids under the age of 15 could have really written these songs all by themselves, bullshit.

But the funny part is a tyke from Belarus won, who was universally viewed as the weakest of the bunch prior to the live contest. That tickles me because this year's grown up Eurovision entrant from Belarus (see user icon) spent upwards of €1,000,000. on her campaign. And didn't even make it out of the semi-final.

D'oh!
