My MacBook has arrived, and while it's not as shiny as my old MacBook Pro, it is faster. And the 13.3" screen (kinda like 6.5" or wot) is actually fine. I did the firewire-to-firewire transfer it all over thingie and the only thing that got bounced was one network preference and my Parallels preferences (I'm ditching Parallels for VMWare Fusion anyway. Little time to play with it though, since Himself got back yesterday and we spent the evening sweating and reconnecting. No that kind of sweating...too freakin' hot for hawt.

Also coffeed with a former 'lympic colleague. I miss nothing but some of the people; some of the stories gave me schaudenfreude (sic), which is generally not something I enjoy feeling. Told ya so is not the thought pattern of a spiritual giant...
