Riiiight, like she'd come back after getting 18th place in the contest. Besides, she's doing just fine from people discovering her from Chicago or Yossi and Jagger ...

It's like people who insisted the OTHER Rita (Guerra) come back to represent Portugal this year, resulting in comments like, "What, so she can get 22nd again???"

1.) Rita protrayed Roxie Hart in the Israeli cast of Chicago, whose lyrics were translated into Hebrew by the late Ehud Manor. I SO wish I could have seen this, but I didn't get the chance.

2.) Don't hold your breath. The low score wasn't bad enough -- her brother also passed away the night of the final, and she didn't find out until after she performed. I doubt she'd wanna subject herself to something with so many unpleasant memories again.

I agree -- she was a great performer, and seeing her get passed up by mediocre offkey singers left and right was rather insulting.

when I first saw this photo, I seriously thought Mac had come out with a new circular monitor that was conected to it's keyboard by wireless or something. I thought "wow! that's small and kinda screwy. the whole cool design thing is going to far when you lose functionality of screen space."
