We love cousins
May. 21st, 2004 11:58 pmAfter chatting with Ma today, I went out for a bite to eat with several of my cousins. We went to The Wharf (which is located on . . .), for old skool NY greasy grub. I had a Reuben, fries and a nibble or two on buffalo wings and mushroom caps. Fuggedabowdid.
After a bit, I clear my throat and said "I have some news for the open-minded."
After puzzled looks, I announced my engagement. Reaction?
"That's awesome! When?"
"Fantastic? Just give us enough time to make travel plans!"
"That is so kewl--tell us about him!"
So looks like a fair number of the cousins are willing to shell out $$ to fly out to Vancouver for mine and
querrelle's wedding! How fookin' awesome is that?
I am so pleased. I am profoundly moved.
