Been busy as of late, and disinclined to blog. Not self editing, just nothing driving me to set word to server. Things are grand, though.

[livejournal.com profile] querrelle went to the first of what will probably be a few (3? 6? 10?) couples counselling sessions. In many respects things between us are awesome; in others less so. It’s funny that most folks don’t bat an eye when you mention performing regular home maintenance--but mention you’ve sought professional support with the emotional foundation of one’s life, and folks assume it’s a crisis. Why wait until there’s a crisis to remedy things. To put things in perspective: we have questions, not issues or problems. We’re committed to working through them--together--humble enough to seek assistance.

And, after counselling session #1, we had awesome, toe-curling, howling-at-the-moon nookie. Twice. I introduced the fun of the femidom to Mr. Man. heh heh

Tonight after a lovely fish meal (sea perch), we watched the DVD Bride & Prejudice. It’s not a bootleg copy, it’s been available on DVD in India for some time, and I randomly grabbed it whilst in Mumbai. We loved this: clever, beautiful, faboo Bollywood numbers. Worst part? El Lamo American actor who faily sucked the life out of every scene he was in.

Tomorrow’s Fair Day, which means Mardi Gras season is really starting to ramp up. Yay! If you’re about, look for around the HC Bears booth. And @ Kingsteam immediately thereafter...
