Date: 2006-01-10 06:54 pm (UTC)I told myself when I placed the order, this one will do good enough, but dayum the specs on the new Macbooks are schweet. Curse you, Apple ingenuity!

Date: 2006-01-10 09:00 pm (UTC)For example, I used to be able to put a selective read receipt on Microsoft Outlook and place a "reply to" on selective emails. It's all looks a lot harder now. Maybe they're trying to get me to use the Apple version of Mail.
Actually, my partner also bought an iBook so now it's heaven as we can both we on the internet at the same time without having to push someone off. When I was working in Adelaide I was able to use iSight and iChat to see my beau and my dieux chat (is that 12 or 2? I mean 2) rather than just chat over the phone. It was much better and I didn't feel that I was so isolated from them.
I think I just need to find someone here that I can just keep asking little stupid questions.
Anyways, I'm sure you'll enjoy the new Mac when it arrives.
Gav.
