Just got elected secretary of my Federal riding association. And tentatively a delegate to the national convention in September.

cheapo accomodations (65$/nuit) confirmées. In a hotel run by a gay sauna. You could stay there as well, though I dunno how close (or even in) the sauna the hotel part is.

It is, however, in the Old City...but a couple blocs off the main rue, and overlooks le Via Rail rather than le fleuve. Airfares are gonna be brutal though...

There are lots of B&B is the Old City, do some hunting around now and you can get a good deal. The convention centre is about 3/4km from Vieux Québec

Yeah, $65 per night is reasonable considering it's Quebec City.

I know that there will be airfare and hotel packages being arranged by the Party itself and probably a few other constituency associations. I'll keep my options open and see what comes of it, and thanks for informing me.
