Undetectable does not mean non-infectious

Folks needs to know that someone who's on HIV treatment and whose viral load is "undetectable" is quite likely still infectious. Undetectable measures viral load in blood not cum.

I know my poz friends wouldn't want to act on misinformation and infect someone else. Let's keep rogering each other like mad, while keeping each other well!

It never ceases to amaze me that people still believe otherwise, but I've actually seen dedicated HIV activists claim that if one's viral load is undetectable, then they're safe to bareback.

And we wonder why HIV rates are increasing again? This probably isn't the whole story by itself, but it's got to be playing a part.

Thanks for mentioning this. I've also read that the amount of HIV present in rectal secretions is many times more than that in blood, even in blood-test "undetectable" cases.
