I am so pleased that Canada's lame-arsed rightesque wing government's attempt to claw back same sex marriage was dead in the water. By over 50 votes, including a dozen Tories (and 5 or 6 cabinet ministers). Not surprised...but pleased nonetheless.

Yesterday was shopping (no piston engines), beaching, philandering and Markoing. Who's at work today, poor love. Last night and today are about getting back on track with querrelle, shopping, and a big homo dinner tonight: teppanyaki, in fact. Should be good fun.

Cloudy here today; might even rain. So no beach.

But the vote in the House of Commons wasn't representative because The Prime Minister didn't hop around in a circle on one leg squawking like a magpie while wearing Lederhosen and a aloha shirt.
