jawnbcBig Eurovision news: next year will have 2 semi-finals, ostensibly to reduce the impact of neighbourly and diasporic voting on who qualifies for the final. This year's winner (Serbia) and the Big 4 (Spain, UK, France, Germany) are the only automatic finalists. And only the top 9 from each semi will be awarded by televote: the 10th will be the highest ranked jury song not in the top 9. Assignments for each semi-final will be a draw rather than regional.
