Served a friend brunch, loafed around, finished Eat.Pray.Love (good), engaged in carnal and indecent acts with Himself, tended the plot, went for coffee/dessert/Canadian Tire. I now await the start of the women's triathlon. Except for the cycling, the OBS does a very good job covering triathlons.

Oooh, time for peanuts and caffeine free diet coke!

Whenever I watch the Olympics with a snack I feel slightly guilty. Guess it comes from years observing men drinking beer, cheering on football players with shouts of "run, you lazy bastards, run!" whereas the viewers themselves are too lazy to get themselves another beer from the kitchen :-)
