I want Obama to win clearly and comprehensively.

I want McCain to concede graciously.

I want the journalists covering the results to smack down the first pundit who goes into partisan blather mode. And the second. And the third. Because the divisiveness is destroying a great nation.

I want Prop 8 to fail in California.

I want the US to get a proper non-partisan electoral administrative process.

I want Americans to respond to the result in ways that reflect their best.
