After the current government proposes no substantive action regarding the economic crisis--yet found time to craft mean-spirited components that penalized women, workers and their competitor parties--the time for inaction must end. That this government will fall at the next confidence motion is a fait accompli: it's merely a question of when.
Whatever their preferences in terms of political philosophy, the financial markets loathe uncertainly--and inaction at a time of crisis.
Currently Governor General Michäelle Jean is returning to Canada early from an official overseas visit. Upon her return she will almost certainly be asked to either:
I have emailed the Governor General asking her to choose option #3. I urge you to do the same.

- Prorogue--close--Parliament, to delay the fall of the government
- Call a new election, less than 2 months after the most recent (it would the 4th in 5 years and 3rd in 3)
- Let the other parties in Parliament try to govern.
