And I've been to confusion, but that's not unusual. :)

You think it's not unusual? ;)

I've never understood what that meant.

And your world map tells me you've been to plenty more places, too. Looking forward to hearing about your adventures in the Balkans.

The conference organizers, being Greek, still haven't responded to my submission.

Oh, SO very Balkan. Like here in Bulgaria. :)

Most of us Bulgarians are the ever-complaining kind. :)
I hate to say it, but it's a very bad combination of Balkan and post-Soviet here. It won't be easy to overcome...

I'm leaving on 14th September, arriving in Ljubljana on 15th at 5 AM their time (poor [livejournal.com profile] paterson_si, he has to meet me so early), and then leaving on 14th in the evening. A 15-hour journey from my capital Sofia to Ljubljana by bus... and I must get to Sofia first. I'm just crazy! :)

I hope to meet [livejournal.com profile] mitjablazic and [livejournal.com profile] vksi too on 14th before I leave... those Slovenians just don't stop in one place!

OMG it shows that I'm half asleep, LOL.

So I arrive on the 11th, and leave on the 14th.

I've been to Parnell Square, but I've never been to Meath.

That lyric was a memorable mondegreen for me. I first heard it on AM radio in Boston in the early '80's as "I've been to paradise but I've never been to Maine." I thought it was a really cheesy tourism promo of some sort.
