I expect this will easily be top 10 and could do very, very well. They're already thinking about how to stage it for TV, Dino is a great performer and this oeuvre of music resonates in all corners of the ESC voting sphere:

Love in Rewind, Dino Merlin

Dino Merlin is a superstar in the Balkans; even if the song wasn't great he'd do reasonable well. He wrote the first Bosnian entry in 1993 and wrote and performed 1999's Putnici (travellers), which is performed in Bosnian and French. Putnici is still one of my favourite ESC entries ever.

Don't hate me -- it's a decent song with a decent hook, but ... I don't know, I expected more from Dino, I guess ...

Howdy Jawn... It's been a while and I've been quite remiss about not being on LiveJournal.

Just wanted to let you know that over in Facebook, there's a group for OGAE Rest of World, and they're looking for people across the ROW group to send in their thoughts about Eurovision this year - thought you'd be perfect for Canada, since they only want to publish one per country.

OGAE Rest of World is the group (though i think it has South Africa in the name as well) if you want to go direct, or if you want me as the conduit then sure thing too. I value your tips each year! It influences mine in my tipping competition.
