I will be heading to Spain and Czechia in a couple of months. I've attended the same conference in Valencia the last two years: it's well organized and there are lots of people doing innovative, high value things in learning technologies.
In previous years I've added weekends in other cities before and after: this year I'll only do after, to save $ and compress the length of the trip. So I'll arrive in Valencia on Saturday afternoon, with the conference opening early Monday morning. Jetlag much?
After the conference it's off to a new country and city for me: Prague Czechia. I'll have 4 nights/days there (it's a bit of a milk run to fly between Valencia and Prague for any decent sort of price). Aside from the city itself I'll book myself on a day tour of nearby Terezin--a transit concentration camp during the Shoah.
Nine days in total in Europe. And if you were wondering, economy class. :(
