inexpensive flights out of London
Jun. 14th, 2007 07:33 pmHey friends!
I'm thinking of extending my upcoming sojourn to Europe by about a week. So I'd like to find somewhere interesting, non-homophobic, and inexpensive to spend up to 6 days. 6 days in a region/country, not necessarily the city I fly into.
It would have to be out of London or out of a UK airport easily accessible from London via rail or transit. I've been pounding the online pavement, but to no avail. Any suggestions? I will have spent a week in Ireland (Dublin/Belfast) by then, so not the UK itself.
Suggestions on destinations? Airlines? Airports? Outfits? Go raibh mile maith agat!

Just watched my official DVD of the semi-final: some shockingly bad vocals by some of my favourites. No wonder Hungary and Slovenia kicked ass in the semi.

Date: 2007-06-16 05:07 am (UTC)Bulgaria didn't tank, but was a bit shrieky in the semi--but I noticed that during the webcast. She kicked it in the final though. Georgia was pushing it a bit, Malta was karaoke, Belgium ow. Even Edsilia was off in bits.
Who sang clean? Serbia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Estonia.

Finally, someone agrees with us on Estonia! That was Carl's favourite, and my Israeli friend Tzachi stared at us in disbelief. "... she was offkey throughtout the whole song!!" o_O
Yeah, Cyprus had some problems, alas ... :: sigh ::
